Sarajevo - Mostar Day Tour

Atrakcije

The tour will start with early departure from Sarajevo towards Mostar, where we shall spent the majority of the day.
On our ride to Mostar, we shall go through Konjic, Jablanica, Neretva valley together with Jablaničko Lake, and if required, any of these places is potential place of stop for a coffee or some nice panorama photographing.

Once we have arrived to Mostar we our aim is Old Town to see the Old Bridge and the Old Town of Mostar. Alongside the bridge, at the Old Town you can have a look at nice bazaars, mosques, souvenir shops, beautyness and greenness of Neretva river and much more.

Of course, coffee, breakfast or lunch (dependably how you look at it :) we can not miss not to have in one of great restaurants or coffee bars just next to the Neretva.

Free time around Mostar is very much welcomed so that your guide can have a few hours or minutes of Mostar enjoyment at his own.

Once we have "tasted" Mostar itself we move on Toward the Počitelj.
The city first time mentioned in 1444, and very well known as the main target of many artists, especially those dealing with colors.
Coffee or drink after we completely have walked the city is again must have, is purpose to witness beauty of Neretva again, and believe me you never get enough of it.

After another good "tastings" we move backwards, but this time we visit Blagaj and river Buna cave spring there.
One of the greatest European river springs, with approximate depth of 90 meters and water power of 30m³/s.
The whole complex is exceptional, but Tekke built just next to the spring gives it additional value.

The Tekke (building designed specifically for gatherings of a Sufi brotherhood or lodge for dervishes) was built in 16th century and today is one of rare preserved ones in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Trout there is a delicacy so dinner there is out of most value to all.

The return is scheduled once we have seen and tasted everything above mentioned. On our way back perhaps we go and eat, again :) one of the Bosnia and Herzegovina greatest dishes, barbecued lamb. 
This is scheduled in the late afternoon or evening due to the late return, so missing this could be one of greatest misses of your life.

In Sarajevo, I never know when we are back.

Crazy Stuff: Once we arrive to Mostar we shall be tasting some of the most popular locally produced Herzegovina food including specialties such as Herzegovina Cheese, Wine (red or white), Honey. This enjoyment is included into tour price :)

Plan Ture

The tour is scheduled as whole day tour, so departure from Sarajevo is between 8:30 and return is unknown, most likely when You need to be back.

Regarding the pricing, here is a thing. A two way Train/Bus ticket will cost around 20-25 KM. In such a matter you can take a peak in the Mostar, Old Town and Old Bridge there, but everything else is just so out of your reach. To reach Počitelj, Blagaj and Vrelo Bune which are all around 20-30 min drive in different directions is very hard. We offer it all for unique price of 44.99 EUR for one person on the tour.

Perhaps this is great way to learn and see much about whole Herzegovina region.
